Jarod loves to run and enjoys pulling his mom on a sled. Whenever there’s a fresh snowfall they can’t wait to get out! He also enjoys agility, flyball, tracking, and short bouts of obedience. His owners hope to compete in agility next year, as long as Jarod can learn that it’s more fun to stay in the ring and work instead of running off to chase dragonflies, squirrels, birds, bats, imaginary friends… Jarod loves to snuggle and is quite the couch potato! He has an uncanny ability to know who has the warmest blanket and will quickly convince its owner to share. Jarod has had to grow up a lot within the last few months, as his big brother Quincy passed away, and now he has to figure out the world and its workings without Quincy’s guidance. Jarod has had a rough time with this adjustment, as have his parents who also feel lost without the Q-dog.
