Yoga is a method of relaxation and stretching which focuses largely on the control of respiration that encourages the harmony of body and mind. Doga is the adapted yoga with and for dogs. Practicing Doga promotes the relaxation and the stretching of the canine counterpart but also works on the relationship between human and dog.
The workshop will be divided into 2 components. The first hour will be devoted to dogs, working on stretching and canine poses accompanied by the equivalent human poses. The second half of the workshop will be for humans only.
No previous experience is required! Bring your yoga mat (if you have one), a towel, a bed and/or crate for your dog (for the human part of the workshop), a bottle of water and lots of rewards (treats!).
