Make the most of it by coming back to the foundation work and come push your team! 3 hours, in a small group, to work specific skills, according to your needs and expectations. Lucie Dessureault

Lucie made her debut in 1990 in competition and passing on her passion as an instructor. She and her partner Twister, her Belgian Shepherd, were the first Canadian guests on the international scene. With her dogs, she was part of the FCI and IFCS teams from 2003 to 2011. Locally, she rose to the top of the podium at the Canadian Championships from 2001 to 2006 and 2009. Lyme disease and injuries struck her teams but she will soon be back with her next generation!

Tammy Gallacher

She started doing agility in 2002 with Becker a BorderXPitt. It is with her BC Keeper that she stands out on the Canadian scene: 2103 AAC 22“regular National Champion. 2014, AAC National Team at the IFCS World Championships in the Netherlands and in Italy in 2015, 2017 AAC 16″ Special Regional Champion. Tammy is now working Gryn, her next partner, on tons of foundation work. Watch out for them soon on the competition grounds! She has been teaching since 2013.

Jonathan Luce

Active in the agility world since 2003, he has successfully competed at all levels of the sport and was a member of Canada’s IFCS national team from 2020 to 2024. In addition to his sports career, he has been an agility instructor for more than 15 years and an official judge since 2015, sharing his expertise with many teams and enthusiasts of the discipline.

As a coach, he draws on his extensive experience, keen eye for detail, and positive, collaborative attitude to support and refine this outstanding group of athletes so they can reach their full potential by April 2026. He is also the coach of Canada’s IFCS team for 2025 and 2026.

André Landry

He started competitive canine sports more than a decade years ago in the Maritimes. He has represented Canada 13 times in the last 5 years: IFCS, WA, EO, FCI and had more than 12 podium finishes including 4 bronze medals at the IFCS World Agility Championship, 1 bronze at the World Agility Open and 2 gold at the World Agility Open and at the FCI World Championships. With Crash his BC, they were AAC and UKI Champions in 2015, 2016 and 2017. André’s style of handling could be described as adaptive with a lot of North American and European influences. His goal as a handler is to be as efficient as possible in providing information to his dog and as an instructor is analyzing the sequences and helping the handlers to discover and determine the most useful way for their team to meet the challenges of the proposed courses.

Erika Anderson

Erika started her journey in agility in 2001 with her SPCA treasure dog Frodo.

This soon became an addiction, which followed in having 8 Border Collies to date. 6 of which competed in agility on all formats. Competing in AAC, UKI, CKC and USDAA.  National Podiums and World events have taken her across Canada, the USA and abroad.
Always open to new ideas, Erika is always training with International handlers staying focused on new methods of training.
Erika started teaching agility in 2017 and enjoys the process of guiding new “teams” to success.
Fred Waters

For the past twenty years, Fred’s passion for the sport of agility has been fueled by the inspiration of his highly motivated Border Collies (Haggis, Ghillie, Tânafon and now Mede). Fred has represented Canada on World Teams thirteen times – first with Ghillie in 2008 at the FCI EO and subsequently with Tânafon in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015 and 2016 at IFCS, WAO and FCI (EO & AWC) World Championships. On the homefront, Fred and Tânafon have been on the podium many times at AAC and UKI national and provincial championships. Both Ghillie and Tânafon have their names several times on the AAC Quebec Agility Champion Cup (22” Regular). Fred is an experienced coach and enthusiastic communicator in both French and English with a keen eye for timing and an analytical mind for problem-solving; he is able to simplify complex training skills for beginners and more experienced handlers alike.
