When a life-threatening emergency occurs, the dog owner becomes the first responder in providing immediate help. His intervention will contribute to a successful outcome, especially in cases where the dog may not survive before veterinarian assistance can be sought. So we need to be ready! We will discuss how to recognize signs of pain and discomfort as well as how to determine the most common problems and emergencies we can encounter. First and foremost, we will learn how to prepare a First aid kit.
